Too many ads A review of Muscle & Fitness Magazine, April 1, 2009 Submitted by: tatguy207 from bangor, me
While I love the articles, it's disappointing that the bulk of the magazine consists of huge, in-your-face ads.

Too many ads for stuff that's bad for you. A review of Muscle & Fitness Magazine, May 6, 2008 Submitted by: Ironman from New York, NY
The exercise articles are excellent, but the ads for untested and non-FDA approved supplemengts could lead to dangerous results if you take them.

A Great Fitness Magazine A review of Muscle & Fitness Magazine, December 11, 2007 Submitted by: Alex
Muscle and Fitness is a pretty good fitness magazine if you're interested in bodybuilding, but it also has great tips for getting lean. There are some great exercise programs that can really help get you into shape. The magazine has great articles on diet and recipes for foods and shakes. I highly recommend it.

Very informative with a variety of subjects. A review of Muscle & Fitness Magazine, August 24, 2007 Submitted by: "Dan the Man" from Lodi, CA
Muscle & Finess is a good way to learn how to workout. It also helps in showing you what type of exercises to perform. It gives tips on the muscles involved with those exercises shown. You also get to learn about nutrition. Nutrition is more important than the exercises, except performing them properly, so you don't get hurt. I enjoy the magazine I hope you do also.
