The fitness exercises & articles are great. The recipes are awesome, too. It's a great motivational magazine! Perfect for people sick of reading about airhead celebrities and what shoes are in this Fall.

I love getting my Shape magazine every month! I've been a subscriber for three years. It's full of good advice you can actually use and has a good balance of fitness, healthy food/lifestyle, beauty, and general interest articles. Plus it gives you tips for doing workouts using gym equipment or at home. I find the tone of the magazine to be upbeat and motivating.

Also, the cover articles actually deliver most of the time. Too often in magazines, I'm excited by the teasers on the cover but disappointed in the actual articles. Not so with Shape.

I am a personal trainer and nutrition advisor and I still find information in the magaine helpful.  Even though I create workouts on my own, it is still nice to find new exercises and diet recipes.  I also enjoy the website, the information and resources is endless at shape.com.
