4 Star ReviewGood, enjoyable, interesting (but highly geeky!) magazine
A review of Foreign Affairs Magazine, February 10, 2009
Submitted by: Mike

Very good magazine for analysis and opinions on world events and foreign policy.  The magazine is at its best when it has lengthy essays written by Cabinet officials and others in powerful positions, because it is their opinions on matters that matter most.  Sometimes articles by academics are invaluable too, as in when they later prove to be highly influential and prescient.

One advantage over something like The Economist:  it is good that FA only comes every 2 months, so you get a good chance to actually read all of the lengthy articles and essays.  I think that getting The Economist once a week would likely be just too much material.

4 Star ReviewReally informative journal on World events

i RECOMMEND this journal to any graduate or undergraduate student that is interested in International events.

4 Star ReviewAn efficient way to keep up on world affairs.
A review of Foreign Affairs Magazine, July 12, 2007

Foreign Affairs provides information and opinion on a wide variety of economic and social issues.  It is well-written and accessible to most educated readers.  There are many book-reviews.  At low cost, readers can get a serious discussion of world economic and social affairs without having to deal with jargon.
