Very professional & efficient. The Student Mags service never ceases to amaze me. In these days of sorry service or no service, dealing with a company that has good old fashioned fabulous service--the kind companies in this country offered decades ago--is so so refreshing! How do you do it? You must have terrific supervision and management. Even if a magazine solicited my business directly and offered a lower price, I'd still get my subscription from Student Mags because I know if there's any glitch, your service personnel, whom I can easily reach by phone at any hour, will get it cleared up pronto.
