our company. If you placed your order through the publisher or another source,
you will need to contact them directly with your request.
If you receive an issue of your magazine in unacceptable
condition (e.g., torn pages, dirty, missing cover, smeared ink, water/rain
damage, etc.), we can request that the publisher re-send the issue or have your
subscription extended to compensate for the damaged issue. It normally takes
the publisher 4 to 8 weeks to re-send a weekly or monthly magazine. Daily
subscriptions depend on availability in your area.

Note: For extensions, it will take about 2 issues for the new
expiration date to show up on the mailing label of a monthly magazine and 3-4
issues on a weekly.
