Report Duplicate Issue


Please Note: We are only able to service orders placed through our company. If you placed your order through the publisher or another source, you will need to contact them directly with your request.

If you are currently receiving two copies of the same magazine we will notify the publisher and instruct them to combine these duplicates so that you only receive one copy. Occasionally, the publisher doesn't match a renewal order to an existing address. When we notify the publisher to combine the subscriptions we will also ask them to extend your expiration date so you receive the full term of both subscriptions.

Enter the complete mailing information that is printed on the mailing label of both duplicate issues so that we can compare them. Include the full name and address exactly as it appears, including the information line that appears directly above your name and address. If you only have one of the duplicates (because you threw one out), just enter the information from the label you have.
