Straightforward information for the "lay person"

Healing Lifestyles was a 'mystery chance' for me - I had recently participated in some spa activities and was curious about where they came from and why and how they were supposed to work.  I find this magazine clear and easy for my perspective.  It might not be detailed enough for a serious or long-term practictioner, but it's an easy to read, broad based (travel locations, food, treatments, issues) survey of related topics.
