I love my new subscription to Afar.  After years of world travel, I've settled into a lifestyle that doesn't allow it as much as I'd like.  Afar lets me travel vicariously through its pages & reminds me how beautiful the world really is.

this is a delightful magazine for the culturally inquisitive reader.

I found my first edition of AFAR to be very informative, entertaining and fascinating.  The variety and depth of information picqued my interest and I learned some interesting new material. 

The magazine is colorful, inviting and well layed out.  The photography was most engaging.   Since I can't travel as much as I would like, this is a satisfying substitute and will allow me to choose carefully the places I will be able to visit.
