Although this magazine is obviously an attempt at boosting Missouri, its still a great magazine. As a teacher and one who likes the path less traveled, this magazine offers up a treasure trove of opportunities. The photos are great although the articles are rather biased toward our fair state, they still provide information.

I AM DISAPPOINTED I WOULD LIKE LESS ADVEREISING. MISSOURI HAS MANY DIFFERENT TYPES OF TERRAIN THIS IS A VERY GOOD . I TAKE A OUR IOWA MAGAZINE IT HAS STORIES ABOUT IOWA PEOPLE ,THEIR LIVES, MANY PICTURES OF MANY DIFFERENT PLACES THERE. I WOULD LIKE A MAGAZINE THAT I CAN SHOW TO FRIENDS THAT TELLS THEM ABOUT MISSOURI. AND WANT THEM TO VISIT AND LOVE MY STATE. MANY EXCELLENT PLACES TO SEE IN MISSOURI. The issue that I received discussed famous women from Missouri. It was very interesting and I shared the issue with my son's fourth grade teacher. They will soon be researching Famous Missourians and I thought this could be an additional resource for their project.

Has good features about people and locations in Missouri that may not be widely known.
Lots of advertising, can be useful but sometimes seems overwhelming - probably necessary to support production of the fine magazine.

I enjoy reading travel magazines like Missouri LIfe because they give ideas and information about places to stay, restaurants to try, routes to take, etc. MIssouri Life has opened my eyes to experiences I would like to try if I am ever able to visit Missouri. I loved the Route 66 issue because I have become enchanted with the idea of touring Route 66 from end to end. I might not be able to do it all at one time but it sounds like a good plan.

Missouri is a fascinating state, and the magazine " Missouri Life" gives the reader a little sample of many aspects of Missouri. For instance, the reader will find information of where to buy a special wine found no where else in the world. The same types of information will be found for jewelry an speciality items.. This magazine is for men and women alike. If you are a hunter you will find where some of the highest quality hand crafted and hand made hunting items can be found. If you are a history buff like I am then this is the magazie. I throughly enjoy reading the unique information that is written about the many places and items in each and every article. If you live in Missouri, or you just like interesting, unusual, and unnique places or items then "Missouri Life" magazine is for you.

While reading the two issues I have received from cover to cover I marked places I want to visit when I go to MO. I learned a lot reading the Civil War stories. Being from NE I read Nebraska LIfe and wish that MO Life also included a map showing the location of the featured towns. That helps me plan my travel routes with ease. Great magazine!

The first time I saw Missouri Life magazine, I knew it was a well-edited magazine. The quality of the photos are stunning, and make you want to jump in your car and check out Missouri for yourself. It is full of terrific articles that cover all areas of the state and give readers a real taste of what the Midwest is like.
