Great book of Diabetic knowledge A review of Diabetic Cooking Magazine, August 17, 2010 Submitted by: The Cooking Nurse from Indianapolis, IN
This book was helpful with not only providing tasty, filling diabetic meals and desserts but with helping identify carbohydrate counts and portion sizes. It makes diabetic cooking more intriquing and less mundane!

This magazine has great recipes. I have tried one recipe and it was like a gourmet meal. The recipe ideas are refreshing change of pace. The helpful food hints are good reminders to keep eating healthy.

Good Recipes A review of Diabetic Cooking Magazine, December 16, 2008 Submitted by: Morgan from Amherst, MA
The recipes are somewhat helpful. They seem to contain a lot of sweet ingredients and that is a bit bothersome. I wish there were more main courses and less cookies and cakes.

Not Just For Diabetics A review of Diabetic Cooking Magazine, October 12, 2008 Submitted by: TeLand from Fayetteville, NC
I subscribed to this magazine by mistake, if you can believe someone can do such a thing, however, it was almost like divine intervention. The articles and recipes in here are not at all what I would have expected a diabetic to be eating. Fantastic recipes with low cals and tasty foods. Really easy and quick preparation and cooking as well. I will be re-subscribing soon. If you want to eat well and healthy and lose weight at the same time... this is the one you need to try.
