TOO MANY ADVERTISEMENTS A review of Cabela's Outfitter Journal, February 21, 2010 Submitted by: SS from Soldotna, AK
I thought this might have more articles of interest to my husband, but it is mostly advertisements for spendy safaris and guide services. HELLO, I am a teacher, not a millionaire. Not a useful magazine for us.

I only received one issue so far but I am enjoying it. Seems like good articles. We'll see what the next issue brings.

Standard issue magazine. A review of Cabela's Outfitter Journal, February 2, 2010 Submitted by: Matt
A typical magazine that pushes the latest in outdoor merchandise, locales, etc. Understandable, but I would like to see more print info of all topics, especially for the fisherman who has nothing but a 14 foot jon boat and a couple of moderately priced rods and is relegated to fishing in local ponds and small lakes that are over-fished. Not everyone can afford a fiberglass bass rocket or a guided trip on Lake Fork.
