I really do like this magazine.  I especially like the details on the counts for everything at the end of each recipe.  It is a helpful magazine for all health types and concerns.  I have already given two gift subscriptions.

I give this magazine as a gift all the time, it has wonderful recipes and articles in it - I especially like the makeover recipes - taking old ones and making them better-healthier.  It is an inspiring magazine, brings fun back in the kitchen.
