Once upon a time there was a magazine called MacAddict. It was great. Many insider tips on the workings of the Mac computer. Many shortcuts for making your Mac more efficient. Many ideas on new uses for your Mac. Then Apple started to produce other products (iPad, iPhone, etc.) and the Suits at MacAddict wanted to be more hip and trendy and so upgraded the title to MacLife. Now, instead of great ideas about the Macintosh we get bits and pieces. However there are a plethora of articles on all the other things Apple makes. I do not have all the other Apple products and so I dropped MacLife. Cutesy, trendy, and being part of the "in crowd" was not what made Apple appealing for me. If it appeals to you, MacLife is YOUR magazine.

This is the best Mac magazine in the US. It is well written, and contains a wealth of good reviews and helpful hints.

Does a good job of covering what's going on in the Apple world.
