I like that the magazine focuses on fitness and exercise. It does not have all the fluff such as makeup, love stories, and other articles that do not pertain to what the magazine is all about.

I love this magazine! It motivates me to keep working harder to achieve the results I want. I wish it didn't rely on the ads for various protein powders and gimmicks so much, but I suppose it helps pay the bills. Otherwise...a great magazine for those who aren't afraid to work hard and eat right to achieve results. 

This magazine has the perfect amount of mix of everything fitness you'll ever need!
