This is the best magazine in print. I discovered this gem, The Sun, in my mother's things after she died.  It was the only magazine she read. She loved the insightful articles and real life stories.

I do believe her favorite was the poetry.  i read the magazines I found and felt a kindred spirit in more than a stories.  This magazine helped me in a very difficult time.  There was an article on dying and accepting that stage of life with grace the month she died, July 2010.  She could no longer read. Much to my amazementshe flipped through the magazine and stopped and pondered that page for a full day.  She stared at the words and ran her fingers over the print as if she could feel what the words were imparting to her.

Thank you for making such an impact on this woman, who was my ray of sunshine.  Thank you for helping her make the transition to leave the shell she left behind.
