I have been reading this magazine for many years. Very informative articles geared for those woodworkers with a little talent. Not a magazine to buy if you constantly need to see a review on the best plane iron or see yet another sander review. Reading the review a few down makes me think of someone with little or no real ability looking for some knockdown furniture instructions. He needs to be reading american woodworker. You just won't find it here. My favorite magazine by far.

This would be really useful if I was on the west coast...still I learned a lot from reading it.  The articles are very informative with really good pictures to go with them.  I really like the layout with an excellent calender of events.
