I subscribed to your magazine for the first 20 or so issues but stopped renewing because as a professional chef i found that the format of giving legendary chefs an assignment like "give me ten recipes for rhubarb", was too forced. I would really prefer to see what the chefs are actually doing in their restaurants. dishes that sell. ok that's my opinion. I won't be resubscribing for this reason. There are very few ideas that I can use in my restaurant. Thanks for listening. - David Shakin
