Your description  makes the magazine sound like Prevention Magazine; however, it's more like an advertisement for all of your health pills.  Do you even mention other pharmaceutics?

Are there any dieting tips or exercises?

I pick up Life Extension from my doctors office and find the informaiton on target without hype!  Example ...the last issue about Berries confirmed all the information I had recieved from working with MonaVie [all natural juice ...www.thegreatproduct.com/psh].

Great health starts with nutrition and education!  I find Life Extension an incrdeible place to start with education!!
