  1. How soon after I order will I get my first magazine? See Answer
    Magazine industry guidelines for starting or renewing a subscription are:

    Daily Papers: 2 to 3 weeks
    Weekly Magazines: 4 to 6 weeks
    Bi-Weekly and Monthly Titles: 6 to 10 weeks
    Bi-monthly and Quarterly Subscriptions: 12 to 16 weeks

    There are a few publishers that take longer than the standard start time. If your subscription hasn't started in the appropriate time frame, or begins with a past issue you have already read, please contact us.

  2. Can I renew with your company even though I originally ordered somewhere else? See Answer
    Yes. We can renew most of the magazines we offer whether the current subscription is through us or another source. There are just a few publishers that only allow us to accept new orders.

    When you place your order just check the "Renewal" box next to the magazine in the shopping cart. Make sure that your name and address are entered exactly as they appear on your current magazine label to ensure that the publisher adds the new term to the end of your existing subscription. If you start to receive duplicate issues, please contact us right away. We will contact the publisher to combine the subscriptions and adjust the expiration date for the duplicates received.

  3. Why is the expiration date on my magazine label different from what's on your website or my subscription summary form? See Answer
    The expiration dates shown on our site, or on our forms, are estimates because the publishers do not provide us with exact delivery dates. The actual expiration date is on the magazine label above your name. If the actual expiration date differs from our estimate, please contact a representative or use the self-service Expiration Date form.

    The way the expiration date is presented on the magazine label should appear similar to the graphic below. For example, an expiration date of April 2011 may show up as either 04/11 or AP11 or APR 11, or even as specific as APR 16 11. If you have any questions please contact us.

  4. When should I renew my subscription? See Answer
    Renewals should be placed at least 8 weeks prior to the expiration date to ensure continuous service.

  5. How do I place a gift order? See Answer
    The easiest way is to click on the "Buy as a Gift" button for the desired magazine, but any item in your cart can be given as a gift. When you view your shopping cart each magazine will have a "Gift" checkbox next to the title. If that box is checked you will be prompted to enter your recipient's name and address during the checkout process.
