I absolutely LOVE This magazine.  I subscribe to quite a few magazines, but this one has it all!  New exercises, fitness hints, diet plans and reviews of what works and what doesn't....it's just the best!  You won't be sorry if you order this magazine!

I look forward to reading each issue.  Great tips on stretching and exercise and the newest infromation on health related issues.  I enjoy the recipes as well.  Would like to see more vegetarian related articles.I am very satifeid with "Health".
