We LOVE Health Magazine!  It's non-threatening (i.e. it often includes "real" people and not models or super-fit people), offers great advice and articles.  It's a good health magazine for "real" people

I have learned so much from readijng the articles. The magazine provides relistic tips that the average person with very little time on their hands is able to incorporate into their schedule.  I also am kept updated with the latest medical information
