I subscribe to Los Angeles Magazine and have for the past 30 years because it gives good information about what is going on in the city. I have found restaurants from the magazine and have learned about cultural activities, as well as shopping sites in the city. I love LA and the magazine makes it all the more accessible to an out-of-towner like me.

A great way to appreciate Los Angeles

Los Angeles magazine has been very helpful to me because my nephew recently moved to that city. The articles about the area give me some idea of the opportunities available to him, and provide me with material to talk about when we are on the phone. I have been especially interested in the geographical materials because they put me in touch with everyday locations which my newphew visits in the Los Angeles area. I find the advertisements in the magazine helpful because they give a very clear picture of the Los Angeles lifestyle. Basically, the magazine, at $9.95, is a great value for someone who lives three thousand milles away and wants to keep in touch with Los Angeles.
