Being somewhat of a critic, I love how well the articles in Men's Health are written. As mentioned, I am middle aged. Middle aged that is if I live to be 130.  I'm retired so I have the time and the mind-set to exercise and keep my weight within a range acceptable to me.

Just to mention a few, I found the articles in your July/Aughst 2009 issue" Swim for your Life" ,"Trade Fat for Muscle", and "Save you Skin" of special interest. In addition, I find all the articles on fitness and nutriction help to keep me informed and up to date..

This magazine is full of great articles on health eating and fitness. Great.  Magazine line is also great.
