Reason Magazine is edited for people interested in economic, social, and political issues, with an emphasis on a libertarian perspective. Reason stresses a position of private responsibility, limited government, and individual liberty. Each magazine also includes some coverage of Pacific Rim issues, news and trends, and book reviews.\
Reason publishes 11 issues a year, but reserves the right to change the number of issues in an annual term, including discontinuing any format and substituting and/or modifying the manner in which the subscription is distributed.
