The Magazine has good variety  and offers something for everyone at any age.  At my age of hugging 70, who exercises 6 days a week, update on medical/nutrition/exercise is the most important items in my life.

If I can purchase one excellent magazine which can cover a large portion  that pertains to my daily living then this gives me extra time for myself.. This also needs to fit into a senior's budget

The magazine has info from doctors and nutrition drs as well from around the world . Its worth buying

I thought I was going to like the magazine after I read the article about pharmaceutical companies charging too much for drugs, BUT then I turned the pages and the rest of the magazine was ad after ad for life extensions vitamins, meds, etc to stay healthy at exhorbitant prices. What a joke. I will never buy this magazine again. I was disappointed.

Too much advertising.  Makes you question the validity of the articles when they are so heavily sponsored.

I was very disappointed.  I found it to be mostly about vitamens.  I would never order again, in fact I threw the issues away.
