I really enjoy Louisiana Cookin' magazine.  It has a lot of very delicious recipies in it and they are well written and easy to follow directions.  I have made several of them that were in my first issue.  I look forward to the next issue.  I would definitely recommend this magazine to others, who like myself, lived in Louisiana and enjoyed the quality of true southern cooking.

I just received my first issue and haven't even finished reading it.  I already love it.  It is full of great information and yummy recipes!   I will look forward to each issue.

THE MAZAGINE IS A JOY TO READ, GREAT RECIPES ON SUBJECTS OF INTEREST TO ME.  THE RECIPES ARE PRIMARY TO THE  MAZAGINE AND ARE EASY, CLEAR AND TO THE POINT. I ENJOY THE VARIOUS ADVERTISEMENTS, IN PARTICULAR THOSE THAT PROMISE FINDING ITEMS NOT AVAILABLE WHERE I LIVE.  KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.
