Fine Cooking is a wonderful resource for both the experienced and in experienced cook. I love that it goes so indepth on an ingredient or cooking method each month and then shows you ways to expand that. Their recipes are simple, fresh and delicious which is the way I love to cook. Although it is expensive, it is worth it. Finally, I like that it arrives every other month. It gives me a chance to really explore the magazine before a new one arrives.
