How soon can I expect my magazine?
Delivery dates vary based on the type of magazine you ordered and the magazine's publisher. In general, the expected delivery time for a new subscription is:

  • Weekly Magazines: 4 to 6 weeks
  • Monthly Titles: 6 to 10 weeks
  • Bi-monthly and seasonal subscriptions: 10 to 12 weeks

I have experienced a delivery issue with my magazine, what should I do?
If you have experienced any delivery issues with your magazine subscription, please submit a form on our Contact Us page to begin the claims process.
How do I change the address on my subscription?
Update your address here. If you have moved to a new address, also update your address with the USPS so your magazines will be forwarded to you. Please allow 4-6 weeks for address changes to process.
Can I place a gift order?
Yes - magazines are the perfect gift! Select the "Gift" box option in the shopping cart and enter the recipient's information under Shipping Address. If your address has pre-populated, simply select the "change" link and update with the correct shipping address. 
What if my label expiration date does not match the date in my account?
Our expiration dates are estimated based on typical delivery time frames and your order history. If the expiration date in your account does not match the mailing label, please let us know by submitting a correction here to update your account.

May I cancel my magazine delivery before the subscription ends?
If you are dissatisfied with your magazine for any reason, we can provide a refund for the unserved issues. Please submit your cancellation and a representative will process the request and inform you of the refund amount.
Can I temporarily stop the delivery of my magazine?
We will be happy to help you place your subscription on hold. Please contact our customer service department for assistance. You can reach us by phone Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm EST at 800-263-2442 or you can contact us via email.

Placing an order

Can I place a gift order?
Yes - magazines are the perfect gift! Select the "Gift" box option in the shopping cart and enter the recipient's information under Shipping Address. If your address has pre-populated, simply select the "change" link and update with the correct shipping address. 
Can I purchase a gift certificate for someone?
Absolutely - magazines make the perfect gift - even when you don't know which one to choose! Follow this link to purchase a Gift Certificate. You can also type Gift Certificate in the search bar on our website. You will have the option to choose the date you wish the emailed certificate to be sent.
Do you deliver magazines to facilities/prisons?
Many publications are available for delivery to facilities. Some magazines are restricted by the publisher or the individual facilities. Refer to the receiving facility for any information they require on the mailing label and information concerning prohibited magazines.
Do you deliver magazines outside of the USA?
We deliver to all addresses within the United States and its territories. We also deliver to APO/FPO addresses for our overseas military members. Our print subscriptions are not available to other addresses outside of the USA.

Renewals

Can I renew all my subscriptions through MagazineLine even though I ordered it through another service?
Whether you ordered through us previously or through another service, we make it easy to consolidate all your magazines with our service. When placing your order, be sure to check the "Renewal" box and fill in the shipping address exactly as it shows on your current mailing label.
What if my label expiration date does not match the date in my account?

I placed a renewal order, but now I am receiving two copies - how do I fix this?
Please let us know by filling out the contact us form. We will need the following information to process your service request: the account number and subscriber name as printed on each mailing label. The account number is typically located above the name and address on the label. You can also call our customer service team at 800-263-2442 and one of our members will be happy to help.

Login Assistance

I just ordered - why can't I log in to my account?
Your account will be available for access within two business days. You will then be able to access your account through My Account at the top of our site. If you need assistance before your account is available online, you can call us at 800-263-2442 or email us at CustomerNotify@MagazineLine.com. 
How do I reset my password?
You can reset your password here. If you continue to have trouble accessing your account, you can call us at 800-263-2442 or email us at CustomerNotify@MagazineLine.com for assistance.
