Same old tired liberal philosophy
A review of The Economist Magazine, June 30, 2009

The Economist has interesting articles, and lacks the distressingly common preoccupation with so called celebrities.  However, it has the same old tired liberal bais of many current events magazines.  I bought a trial subscription a couple years ago, but let it run out without renewing, due to this liberal dogma.

It keeps me well informed about what is happening all over the globe. I particulary like the presentation of articles in sections with an index of what each section contains, which makes it easy to find the articles we are interested in or want to review at a later date.

The Economist is the outstanding source of news from around the world.  In-depth, fact-filled articles on countries and issues relevant to citizens of the world.  I appreciate too the book reviews.  Best subscription decision I've ever made.

Week after week The Economist comes through with concise and no-nonsense articles. The clarity of each story makes it so much more refreshing and in-depth than other popular news magazines provide.

I like the international news coverage the best.
